Museum of Eastern Bohemia
The museum was constructed in the years 1909-1912 and was designed by Jan Kotěra. It is a two-story brick building with a cupola, the facade is made from a combination of brickwork and plaster. The entrance has two allegorical statues of sitting women, one on each side, they portray Art (History) and Industry. The building has become a national cultural monument for its architectural and artistic qualities. [58]
