Accommodation
You may find the information regarding hotels and other accommodation, printed below, useful in making your plans for the ICTMT8 conference. On the attached map you can see where these hotels are located.
Accommodation at these locations can be arranged through Hradecko – travel agency B & K TOUR (www.kralovehradecko-info.cz/en/). If you have any questions do not hesitate to contact Hana Klusáčková (hradecko@bktour.cz, destinacni@bktour.cz).
Please choose and book your accommodation as soon as possible. There will be summer holiday when ICTMT8 will take place and you may have problem to get accommodation near the conference venue.
Payment conditions: Your stay must be paid per account 30 days at latest before your arrival. The account number of the company B&K TOUR will be sent to you with the booking confirmation.
In the event that you will need to cancel your accommodation-booking with Hradecko – travel agency B & K TOUR more than thirty days prior to your scheduled arrival, you will receive a full refund in this regard. However, no refund for accommodation will be made to participants who cancel their accommodation-bookings less than thirty days prior to their scheduled arrival.

It is located in original town-houses from the 14th century. During reconstruction of the buildings, original vaults and arches were preserved. Rooms are equipped with a sanitary facility, satellite TV and telephone. The New Adalbertinum is one of the dominant features of Velké náměstí in Hradec Králové. The building was built by the Jesuits as a dormitory for students in the second half of the 17th century and beginning of the 18th century. The newly reconstructed premises are also used as a guesthouse, and besides accommodation, also offer classrooms, training rooms, conferences and seminars, all-day catering, ceremonial banquets and parties for various occasions etc.
