Presentation equipment
All conference rooms are equipped with a data projector, overhead projector for transparencies and with a blackboard or whiteboard. Each PC connected to the data projector uses MS Windows XP.
You can prepare your presentation in Acrobat (.pdf), Powerpoint (.ppt), on the transparencies or, if you bring your own notebook, whichever other applications you prefer.
The auditorium for plenary lectures is equipped with a permanently installed data projector which is connected to a PC (CD-ROM, USB memory available) with MS Windows (it can be also connected to your own notebook).
All computer-rooms for workshops our equipped with a data projector and 20 computers for participants attending the workshop.
Internet access
There is an Internet access at the conference place as follows:
- Conference room with 6 computers, English version of Windows XP.
- WiFi in the vestibule (you will get instruction how to connect).
